The villa is the ultimate retreat for the truly discerning and the only beachfront villa rental in the Riviera Maya with full size tennis court. This rental villa combines old style Hacienda with modern day luxury and service. The Hacienda has been decorated and furnished in a luxuriant and vibrant Mexican style, with beautiful colors, fabrics, stunning chandeliers and unique details.
As you enter the walls of the residence you are greeted by a full size tennis court located within a courtyard with arches, fun and athletic times are guaranteed! On one side of the courtyard there is a beautiful lime stone mural depicting a feathered serpent, the Mayan god Kukulkan. On the south side of the courtyard there is a king suite with private bath and kitchen. Walking under the arches by the side of the tennis court leads you to the main villa. Stepping through the front door you enter a truly magical courtyard with fountain, stunning views of the ocean, swimming pool and beach. At night the courtyard transforms to an interior garden where you can star gaze, enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. Off the courtyard on the north wing of the villa you have 2 sumptuous suites, one of which is beach side.
The Villa rental gourmet kitchen is colorful Talavera tiles, hand carved wooden furniture with painted chairs with Charros. Our gourmet chefs and Mexican cooks are on hand should you wish to sample local delicacies or more international fare. The ocean front living room is wonderful, with hand painted ceiling, beautiful decorations, satellite TV and Ipod dock. There is a gorgeous picture of an agave plantation. This area leads to the indoor dining bar. From the open plan living area walk out to the terrace with outdoor dining and enjoy the glorious Caribbean! The villa has kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards for guests use.
Relax to the sound of the gentle lapping of the ocean with an ocean front massage. The Fatima Bay ocean is great for snorkeling, see how many fish you can see! Close by your luxury villa you have the San Carlos Marina with restaurants, bars, boutiques, grocery store, ATM, fishing, scuba diving and more. The minimum rental is 7 suites Hacienda Magica
Excluding holiday weeks Presidents, Semana Santa, Easter, TG, pls inquire for holiday week bookings.
Xmas and New Year stays include all suites at the Hacienda rented.
Rates are in US Dollars.
Please add 22% taxes to rates
Rates are based on 2 guests per room. Above 2 guests per room, please add $80 USD, plus taxes, per additional person per night.
Non-holiday stays have a 3-night minimum and arrivals may be any day of the week.

• Gourmet Chef Services are offered for Breakfast, Lunch, snack and Dinner. Meals and Beverages are additional. For menus and prices please inquire. •
• Butler/Bartender Services are included. If butler services are required after 9 pm charges apply, please inquire.
• With daily housekeeping, groundskeeping and concierge services.
• Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 10 am. If you will require late check-out you may consider renting an additional night.
• Only our in-house chefs are permitted at the Haciendas.
• Under Puerto Aventuras bylaws music is permitted until 11pm.
• Holiday Season, Christmas and New Year, rate + taxes for the whole house, rate includes 2 guests per bedroom, VIP all inclusive (food, beverages, soft drinks and liquors. *Certain exclusions apply), one round trip transportation from/to airport for a group of guests arriving/leaving at the same time. *Gourmet food not included (as foie gras, caviar, etc), top shelf alcohol, specialty drinks not included. These items may be purchased at additional cost.
