Our family truly enjoyed this condo, the views are magnificent, our kids, played at the large pool, the beach was very nice and calm, we eated at the local restaurants every day, we enjoyed this part of our vacation more than the week we had in Cancun. Amazing Location.Wonderful 3 Bdrm 4 bath. Awesome Patio with view of the best beach in the area. Spent hours playing in the flour soft sand with my Grand daughter. Service from Puerto aventuras Rentals was awesome from check in to check out.

2 week stay The unit is kind of small, well decorated, very small kitchen if you are trying to cook for 5 people, clean unit, nice bedrooms, everything works great, nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit, no dishwasher. beds were firm and comfortable, master shower/bath is stuck in shower position, but that didn't bother us any.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful views
The photos that we saw of the apartment before we arrived did not do it justice. It was a lovely, modern apartment with a lovely outlook and facilities including a communal pool and private spa. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Our group of eight have come to Villas del Mar C-101 every year for the past 10 years. The villa is very comfortable, clean and very nice. We love the large bedrooms, family areas and bathrooms, newly remodeled kitchen. The security is great and the many restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance is a plus, so many to choose from and everyone is very pleasant and courtious. We would not think of staying anywhere else. Also the villa is right on the beach so you can go back and forth for drinks,food, etc. you don't have to pack a bag!

A lovely spot with easy beach access and a view of the boat canal. Everything we needed to relax and enjoy this little slice of paradise. Highlights: the balcony is the place to be at sunrise, with birds calling and mango-colored clouds tinged with gold. The shower is great. All cooking utensils we needed we found there - it was wonderful to visit the farmers' market and cook our own meals. The only improvement I'd make is to replace the very uncomfortable couch, but this was a minor thing. All in all, staying here was quite a fun experience. We will certainly consider it again.

This very spacious, one bedroom condo has two bathrooms, which is very nice. Also, having a washer/dryer is an important bonus for most travelers. New LCD tv too. Views are of the marina entrance as well as the ocean-great to watch the variety of boats go out and return. This building is in a quiet location, next to the smaller but pleasant pool. Rental agency provides excellent assistance.

Fun in the sun! The property is excellent. Fantastic location with super views and a great little bay right next to the condo. We spent many hours snorkeling out there...even at night when the fun creatures come out. Pa is also in a great location, near Tulum and Playa, but not nearly as crazy. Great place for a family getaway.

Natz Ti Ha - L-301 condominios
Staying in L301 again this year - I'm updating my review mainly because a couple of the negative points I noted in last years review look to have been addressed and it's only fair that I make comment on that. Obviously we really liked the apartment and we've come back here again for Xmas and New Year. Last year the water pressure in the showers was really nonexistent, this year it's fantastic, no complaints there now at all. Also, the internet seems (touch wood) more reliable than it was. There's now also an extra leather couch in the lounge area which gives better seating for groups than before. Again, really impressed by this property. One thing we really have noticed though is that the beach is much busier this year, and the area in general seems more lively with a lot more noise at night. There is now a jetski hire business operating right at the entry to the beach and the beach is pretty busy, whereas last year it was quite quiet. Also we're noticing live band noise at night - possibly from the restaurant on the corner, whereas last year this was a very quiet area to stay in. So we think maybe the 5th Ave hustle and bustle is reaching a little further north. We would probably prefer a quieter location next year, but if you're here to party, then this is a fantastic location, easy walking to Mamitas/Kool Beach etc, plenty of buzz down on the adjacent beach, but good privacy when you want it as well. Thumbs up!

Condominiums Natz Ti Ha.
We rented L301, a three bedroom unit and knew we'd made the right choice the moment we walked in the door. Each bedroom was well furnished. Plus there was a large living room, dinning area, and a well-stocked kitchen with just about everything one would need! (We brought in EpicurianChefServices to cook dinner for us one night and Chef Carlos was amazed at what was available.) It was roomy with a balcony overlooking the well-treed courtyard. And did I mention the pool? Adding to our pleasure: The unit was just a block from the beach and only a five minute walk to 5th Ave. Yet once you were in the condo, it was quiet and peaceful. We also found two great restaurants right at our back door. Service? You bet. Anatolia at Puerto Aventuras Rentals /Playa Del Carmen were gracious, accommodating...answered every question we had. ([--]). We can't wait to go back.

Thanks to Puerto Aventuras Rentals Caribbean Realty we found this hidden gem in Playa del Carmen. We stayed at Casa Catalina, our accomodations were perfect for 6 of us, the condo was impecable, had everything we need it in the kitchen and enjoyed the gas grill provided, we spend a lot of time sunning on the roof top overlloking the beach.
Our memories will be lasting because we found that staying in a condo is much more comfortable for our family, every bedroom had a lot of space, the living room is very nicely furnished. The pool of this complex is very nice and quiet with many tall palm trees

We loved it all: location is the best, pool is great in the mornings, staff at
Puerto Aventuras Rentals are very helpful, the condo is great, everything really. The condo is well
equipped for cooking - a big plus and difficult to find in a vacation rental.
I can't think of anything negative to report! The only downside was the 3rd
floor is a big hike for our older parents.

Hacienda Kukulkan Perfect for our family reunion; Daveed Chef Service a huge plus" The 10 adults and 12 kids in our extended family loved this house. It's even better than shown in the photos! Right on the beach with its own pool, the house is full of Mexican handicrafts and every modern amenity. Almost every bedroom has its own bath, and the casita has a game room with ping pong, pool table, and a TV that kept the kids busy when they weren't swimming. Daveed Chef Service (on Facebook) prepared three delicious meals a day; highly recommended! The owner, Stephanie, stopped by each day to make sure we were well cared for. We all had an amazing time!

Casa Yalku "I din't want to leave!!!" This was my first time to Mexico and did not know what to expect. I
have traveled quite a bit in the past and this place was amassing. The people are friendly, the service was great, the house was beautiful and relaxing! The beaches are gorgeous. We felt safe could walk everywhere and not feel threaten. Close to everything and you could do many things or just relax and do nothing. Just amassing!!!

"Review of E106 Chac Hal al, May-June 2011" Caribbean Realty arranged for our stay at Chac Hal al. We went to cave dive, and stayed for four weeks. The Chac Hal al complex adjoins the restaurant/dolphin experience area of Puerto aventuras (pa). Since we don't rent a car, it's convenient for dinner or take-out. On Weds. and Sats. behind the restaurant area several vendors sell fresh produce and bakery. There's also a Chedraui near the pa complex. E-106 is on the ground floor, with several steps to the front door. The patio, behind the condo and down one step, affords a beautiful view of the water. From the patio, it's very short walk to a pool or the ocean. There's some neat shallow water snorkeling off the beach with lots of small fish and coral reefs. Since no key is provided for the patio's sliding glass door, you must walk out the front and around the building to use the beach or pool if you wish to lock up while out. The Internet was typically down for 15-45 minutes each evening. Other than this, access was fine, except for a storm-related outage about 36 hours before we caught our plane. Service stayed down even after power returned--an inconvenience that hindered our checking flights. The stacked-style washer/dryer is in a closet off a walled patio that can only be accessed via the 2nd bedroom. For us, this wasn't a problem. The condo is nicely furnished and has striking artwork. The kitchen had ample tableware and a variety of appliances, including blender, coffee maker, and juicer - but no dishwasher. A couple of cabinet shelves are quite high and a challenge to reach. The shower/bath water adjuster in the master bath seemed locked in the shower position. Since the tub's side was high, the shorter of us showered in the second bathroom. If you're driving, ask about parking; the lot, though well landscaped, seemed tight. If not, Anatolia at Caribbean Realty arranges for transportation between pa and the Cancun airport. This has worked well for all three of our trips to pa.
