This third floor penthouse condominium is one of exquisite quality and
taste. Recently refurbished (after just two years of use), this two
level condominium has flair. The owners have lavished loving care on the
apartment during each of their visits, and it shows.
From the hand painted tiles in the kitchen, signed Joni, to the books
scattered about, and knickknacks, this condominium is beautiful to see.
There are murals on the walls, comfortable new sofas and nice rugs, and
a Mexican tiled terrace with palapa roof and great ocean views!
A laundry room with half bath, terrace and guest room with two double
beds and private bath make up the lower floor of this condominium.
Upstairs, there are two beachfront bedrooms. The upstairs guest room has
two double beds and a private bath.
The living area is tastefully decorated, and has cable television. A
great big window overlooks the beach. The modern kitchen is equipped
with dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, blender, coffee maker,
toaster, and full size refrigerator.
The large patio looks out over the ocean and Villas del Mar swimming
pool. The patio is roomy enough for the whole group to eat dinner at the
palapa sheltered table outside.
Upstairs, the huge master suite features large windows overlooking the
ocean and pool below. There is a king sized bed which is specially built
to take advantage of the stunning view. There is a dressing table, full
size mirror, rocking chair, room safe, and an oversized shower with a
view of the ocean. The dressing area leads into private bath with huge
shower and window looking out to the beach.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has large closets, television, ceiling fan, and
private modern bath with hair dryer. The downstairs bedroom has two
double beds. The upstairs bedroom has two double beds as well, plus a
view of the Caribbean Sea.
This Puerto Aventuras condo complex is on a white sand beach, has a
great big swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and a parking area for each
apartment.
