There is a further guest suite with king bed, a guest suite with 2 full beds these bedrooms share the hall way bath room. There is a further suite with pull out Murphy beds and ensuite bathroom. The villa has been lovingly furnished with great style and flair by the owners.
The villa boasts a large gourmet Italian style kitchen with a full stove and oven, large refrigerator, dish washer and is fully equipped with all utensils. There is a breakfast bar with seating. The dining area has a beautiful table with dining for 8 people. You may wish to sample the delicious local cuisine in the comfort of your home while you are here…this can be easily arranged! The living room with satellite TV is very comfortable; there is also a sitting area just around the corner!
From the open plan living and dining area you can walk out to the terrace, the views are just breathtaking! There is an outdoor table for dining alfresco and there is a large jacuzzi to relax and enjoy…. vacationing doesn’t get much better than this!!

Puerto Aventuras is very conveniently located to visit many of the areas attractions along the coast, Eco Parks Xcaret and Xelha, Cenotes for snorkeling (sink holes), the ruins of Tulum and Coba.
