Natz Ti Ha (Mayan for "near the water") is located in the popular Mayan Riviera tourist destination - Playa del Carmen. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath Casa Anatolia condo L201 is just beautiful it has every comfort and lots of style for a dream vacation. The wonderful home has been lovingly furnished by the owners.
The living room has a swish leather sofa and huge flat screen TV (with satellite), DVD, CD player and wireless internet for those wishing to surf the web…tell your friends back home what a fabulous time you are having! The dining room has seating for 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped. From the open plan living and dining area you walk out to the terrace, the condo is equipped with a gas grill, so you will be able to grill the “catch of the day”.
The ensuite master bedroom has king bed, walk in closet and sliding mahogany doors with walk out to the living room. The ensuite guest bedroom has a queen bed, the second ensuite guest bedroom has twin beds which can also be a king should you wish.
There is access to the rooftop area where you have views across Playa Del Carmen, the beach and ocean. You will just love relaxing poolside!... Natz Ti Ha has a fabulous swimming pool with sun loungers within a beautiful lush tropical garden setting; the soothing sound of waterfalls ensures total relaxation. From here you are just half a block away from the beautiful white sandy beach, here you have many water sports to choose from as well as some very cool beach bars and restaurants. For the golfing enthusiast there is the Playacar golf course just minutes away by car. Natz Ti Ha is just steps away from the buzzing 5th Avenue with a great choice of restaurants, bars, discos, boutiques, tours available to the many places of interest along the coast… the list is endless!
