Brisa Caribe is a luxurious oceanfront boutique style villa located in Puerto Aventuras, 1 hour south of Cancun.
The villa has 9 bedrooms, 10 baths and can be offered as either a 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 bedroom vacation home depending on the time of year. There are 7 bedrooms in the main villa and 2 spacious suites with full bath in the adjacent pool house. Brisa Caribe is a spacious and relaxed villa boasting 5860 square feet, with domed ceilings, Talavera tiles. The owners Doug and Twyla have decorated and furnished the villa with beautiful Mexican style combined with beautiful collections from their extensive travels around the world. Each suite has a name and has a unique theme and style!
As you enter the villa past the courtyard with fountain, you are greeted by the magnificent true blue ocean views. The downstairs has a huge entertainment area has a very comfortable large sofa allowing you to relax your favorite movies on the 36” flat screen TV with American satellite channels and surround sound system. There is a VCR and DVD with a good collection of over 100 movies, CD players, XBOX video game machine. This area has a wet bar which is fully stocked for your arrival. There is internet action so that you can surf the web and let everyone know how much fun you are having in paradise, only if you have enough time of course…you are on vacation!!
Leading from the entertainment area are 4 sumptuous suites with private bath. The South America and Caribbean suites enjoy ocean and pool views and the Persia and Buenos Aires suites are courtyard view.
Walking up the unique stairway in the main villa you enter the “Great Room” a huge opening plan living, dining area and gourmet kitchen. The aspiring chef in your group will be able to show off their culinary skills. Should you decide that you want to sit back and relax around meal time, we can arrange for either a Mexican or International cook to prepare some truly delicious cuisine for you! There is also a large outdoor terrace with dining tables, so indoors, outdoors upstairs or downstairs the choice is yours!
On the upper level are 3 further bedrooms, the Africa and Asia suite with courtyard views. The Mediterranea suite is the upper floor master bedroom, which has superb ocean views. You will have so much fun deciding which of these fabulous suites you wish to stay in! Walking upstairs further still, you finally find the roof top terrace with covered wet bar, professional gas grill, tables and chairs for dining and built in sofas. Relax and enjoy the sunset, starlit nights and early morning sunrise! Should you decide to get married with just your close friends staying in the villa, this would be the perfect location!
Stepping outdoors from the entertainment room is a large freshwater swimming pool which has 3 levels and also a waterfall. For those wishing to learn how to scuba dive, this is your perfect chance… Twlya is a qualified scuba diving instructor so you can learn to dive without leaving Brisa Caribe! There is also a small swimming pool just for the kiddies to the left of the main swimming pool, and also a salt water pool just a few steps away along the sand. Did we mention about the hammock under the ocean front palapa?
The pool house called Brisa Del Mar occupies two levels and over looks the children's swimming pool. The vibrant upstairs master is the Bombay Suite complete with jacuzzi tub! The downstairs suite with full bath has walk out to the pool. The pool house has a covered terrace with large outdoor dining table, wonderful for dining alfresco enjoying the local cuisine and great company!
There are bicycles at the villa for guests, so you can have fun exploring Puerto Aventuras, there is dive equipment onsite for rent and just so much more….you will have come and visit and find out the rest for yourself!
