Chac Hal Al Condominiums is the original Puerto Aventuras condo community. The first condominium buildings went up 15 years ago. The condo complex is actually built on a peninsula, which ends at the main cut into the Puerto Aventuras marina.
Chac Hal Al is full of charm! Surrounded by palms and gardens, with water on both sides, it is a tranquil place to relax and enjoy your vacation in Mexico. There are two swimming pools, one in front of the beachfront buildings and one at the end by the cut into the Puerto Aventuras marina.
Chac Hal Al Condominiums are the closest beachfront condos to the center of Puerto Aventuras located in the marina. It is an easy walk to Puerto Aventuras' international restaurants, shops, and the main taxi stand at the Omni Hotel. The 33 room OMNI Hotel is situated between Chac Hal Al Condominiums and Villas Del Mar Condominiums. The hotel has an Olympic sized pool open to everyone, and a child-friendly atmosphere. For those who like to work out, the Omni Hotel Gym is open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 2 and 5 to 7 p.m. Please check at the Omni Help Desk for rates.
On the marina side of the condos is Park Avenue, the prime sports fishing boat location. Sports fishing season is mid March through June. In the Spring, there is lots of action on the Puerto Aventuras docks. There is always music and nice friendly people enjoying the catch of the day. The busiest slips are far enough away that they take nothing away from the tranquility of the condominium complex.

Condo Buildings beachfront B,C,D,E,F are Caribbean beach front units. Condo Building A faces the ocean inlet leading to the marina.
Condo Buildings G, H, I and J face the Puerto Aventuras marina. Each building has 4 stories.
Condo Building E in Chac Hal Al is on the beach and has only 14 units. Condo Building E sits on a grassy area on the sandy beach and the parking lot is behind the building. Beach chairs are put out every morning for guests. It is close to restaurants, shops and the only steps from the Omni Hotel.
