Villas del Mar Condominiums

Villas del Mar Condominiums is a newer condominium complex in Puerto Aventuras. The condo complex has several sections, one of villas and four four-story ocean view buildings. In the B, C and D building, the ground floor and first floors are one level condominiums, and the second floor has bi-level duplexes.

The first nine villas (A building) are beachfront three bedroom, three baths and attached. Only a few of these villas are available for rent.

The Villas del Mar Condominiums complex is built a bit like a horseshoe. The condo complex has a beautiful swimming pool and lush gardens. The pool is spectacular, but not intrusive. Villas del Mar Condominiums also has a racquetball court and convenient parking.

Condo Buildings B and E are set back across a beautiful lawn with magnificent vistas of royal palms and the ocean beyond. Condo Buildings C and A are at the ends of the horseshoe and are the closest to the ocean. From an aerial view, the E building is at the center of the horse shoe, the B building is to the right and the D building is to the left of the center.

The 33 room Omni Hotel is situated between Chac Hal Al Condominiums and Villas del Mar Condominiums. The hotel has an Olympic sized pool open to everyone, and a child-friendly atmosphere.
